課程概述

本課程以全球化知識經濟為引題，初步探討新經濟所引發全球社會、勞動、環境、家庭與個人認同等風險，因此，本課程基本核心為以風險社會理論觀點出發，進行對全球化（經濟）社會危機議題的探討。

課程分為四大部分，第一部份為對知識經濟的學理探討，並分析其所引發的社會不平等與發展迷思；第二部分為設計對風險社會相關理論的研讀與討論，以配合對全球化議題的闡釋；第三部份討論全球化風險所帶來的不確定性，與因之社會所形成的風險文化之建構主義理論分析；第四部份則統合知識經濟與全球化社會問題，從世界風險社會觀點探討其實踐的理論內涵。

這門課藉研究所同學小型的分組經驗研究，讓學生發掘、體會理論與生活經驗的銜接點，進而激發與建構其對知識經濟與風險社會議題的想像。修課學生除研讀指定文獻外，透過小型分組的實際討論與報告，來簡證或深化相關概念。
